Baby's Heartbeat
We got to hear our baby's heartbeat yesterday!!! It was the most amazing sound I have ever heard! I just layed there and cried when we were listening to it. It was 179 beats per minute which the doctor said is very strong and healthy. The doctor also told me that it has been a perfect textbook pregnancy so far!! he had no complaints and neither did I. He said that my HcG and progesterone levels were perfect. I have actually lost about 10 pounds since I was at the doctor in May. We had a lot of questions that he answered for us and he gave us an idea of what to expect in the months to come. Our next appt. is July 1st. To hear the heartbeat click here.

is that wonderful. i set and listen to it over and over and cried. even though i have been through it twice it still is amazing.

Wow! I just wanted to let you know I stopped by. The heartbeat brought tears to my eyes, too and I also have been through it twice. Babies are such miracles. Where in IN do you live? I live in the northwest corner of OH about 45 miles from IN. Anyways, good luck on the house and fixing it up to your liking.
Longingforbaby: I live about an hour north of Indianapolis. In fact we are getting ready to move to Blackford County which is really close to the Ohio border. It is the East Central part of the state.
Moosh: Everyone is telling me that it's a girl but I am not going to allow myself to think about it until we have the ultrasound in August.
